3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not be located in jurisdictions where our services are prohibited

4. Registration & Account

To access our services, you must create an account and provide:

  • Valid identification documents
  • Proof of address
  • Business registration (for business accounts)
  • Bank account information
  • Contact details and verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Fees & Charges

Our fee structure includes:

  • Transaction Fees: Percentage-based fees on processed transactions
  • Monthly Fees: Account maintenance and service charges
  • Setup Fees: Initial integration and setup costs
  • Chargeback Fees: Fees for disputed transactions
  • Currency Conversion: Fees for international transactions

All fees are subject to change with 30 days prior notice. Current fee schedules are available upon request and on our website.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All pending transactions will be processed
  • Account access will be suspended
  • Remaining balances will be settled
  • Data will be retained as required by regulations

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
